Dr. Sushil Yogi (E-RYT 500)

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Sushil Yogi stands as a pillar of authentic yogic knowledge. His academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Yoga Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Human Consciousness. However, his true depth comes from years of disciplined sadhana under traditional Himalayan gurus. Having guided students from over 50 countries, he founded Chandra Yoga with a mission—to preserve and share the integrity of ancient yogic sciences in a modern world.

For Dr. Sushil, yoga is not just physical movement—it is a complete science of life. His approach bridges ancient scriptures with practical application, encouraging students to go beyond memorization and truly experience yoga. He creates a learning environment where discipline meets compassion, allowing each student to grow at their own pace while staying rooted in tradition.

Yogi Sailesh (E-RYT 500)

Born into a family deeply connected with the traditions of yoga and spirituality, his journey began at a young age while assisting his father in conducting community yoga sessions and wellness programs. Witnessing the transformative effects of yoga on people’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being inspired him to explore this ancient science more deeply.

From his teenage years, he developed a keen interest in yogic philosophy, meditation, and spiritual literature. Over the years, he has trained under the guidance of respected yoga masters and spiritual teachers, drawing inspiration from various traditions of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. His studies include extensive exploration of yogic scriptures, philosophy, pranayama, meditation techniques, and holistic wellness practices.

Today, he shares his knowledge as a yoga teacher in Chandra yoga Nepal, guiding students from around the world through authentic yoga practices that combine traditional wisdom with practical modern application.

Yogini Ella Johnson (RYT 200)

With over 8 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching experience, Yogini Ella brings a dynamic and holistic approach to yoga that empowers students to build strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Her passion for yoga began as a personal journey toward balance and well-being, which gradually evolved into a lifelong commitment to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with others.

Specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, she is known for creating thoughtfully designed classes that seamlessly integrate breath and movement. Her expertise in yoga sequencing allows her to craft intelligent and purposeful flows suitable for practitioners of all levels, helping students progress safely while maintaining a mindful connection to their practice.
